Over the past few months I have written about a couple of different websites out there that offer mind mapping software, every one is different in some small way and each has it's strengths and weeknesses. There are three programs that I like two of which I have writen about before, and one I still haven't getten too.
The first program was Webspiration It's a very nice looking mind mapping tool, that happened to be the first mind mapper that I used online. It is pretty basic, but I prefer to use this for my notes, because It has an option to change from map view to list view in a click (I prefer lists).
The second program that I found was Mindomo I like this map for anything that I decide to put links into. It's very good at organizing web based research due to the fact that you can make notes under each topic, and a link. This is the Mind map that I used to make TechClassroom's best of Web 2.0.
Finally there is Mindmeister, it is very much like Mindomo except it has an iPhone site that alows you to see you work while you are on the road. I haven't been able to play with this one yet, but I wish that I would have made TechClassroom's best of Web2.0 on it.
